Roberta Melazzo

Roberta Melazzo is Associate Professor of Theoretical and Historical Linguistics at “Guglielmo Marconi” University. Her research interests range from Historical Linguistics—with a focus on textual, lexical, and morphosyntactic phenomena in Indo-European languages—to the history of Indian linguistic thought. On these topics, she has authored several scholarly articles and the monograph I Bahuvrīhi del Ṛg Veda, published in a prestigious international series. She also works on Language Acquisition and Forensic Linguistics, with numerous publications, including the volume Linguistica forense. She has recently obtained national qualification as Full Professor in sector 10 G1 “Historical and Theoretical Linguistics”.
